Hello, I'm Lauren! I have a heart for exploring and experiencing new places. My path as a traveling officiant didn’t start with a checklist, but with a belief that the most profound moments in our lives aren’t found in "perfect" ballrooms, but in the authentic, sometimes salt-stained, and always beautiful reality of human connection.
Why "Sun & Salt"?
In my travels, I’ve learned that a lasting commitment is much like the landscape itself. There is the Sun—the warmth, the celebration, and the brilliant milestones. And then there is the Salt—the grit, the wisdom gained through experience, and the seasoning that gives a relationship its unique flavor.
I work with couples who aren't just looking for someone to read from a script. They are looking for a narrator who understands that by the time we reach this stage of our lives, our stories have layers. They have history. They have soul.
My Philosophy
As a traveling officiant, I am a "free spirit" with a grounded heart. Whether we are standing on a windswept beach or atop a mountain at dusk, my role is to create a sanctuary of words for you.

Beyond the Ceremony
When I’m not standing with couples at the threshold of their next chapter, you can find me cooking, planning for the next vacation experience, hanging with my husband and daughter. I don't just "show up" for your wedding; I join you in the adventure of honoring your story.
